Hi guys..last wednesday while driving to work we knocked an old looking parking guy with the side mirror as he had suddenly decided to cross the road without looking near Tansoma Htl on Pugu Rd , so we decided to stop the car to see if he was ok.. apparently he was bleeding from the elbow so we decided to take him to the Hospital.. as it happens a large crowd was gathering so we moved away quickly with him to avoid trouble.. while on the way he started crying and threatening that you guys deliberately knocked me and demanded 200k for treatment.. to avoid the hassles we gave him 100k and dropped him near regency hospital.. Today morning we were in a different car and same thing happened near Msimbazi... Guese what!.. same guy with same elbow bleeding this time he decided to run away after seeing us..

was he tall n dark? n when he spoke, spit was coming out of his mouth? if thats the guy, then its his habit! same thing happened with me at traffic lights of bibititi n morogro rd! he hit himself against my car n pretended that i hit him! i told him its not my fault,to help i only have 10 thou, au kama vp tumwite traffic! jamaa he took 10 thou n left.

There are two of such guys. They have those cuts at the same place everyday. They have thugged loads of people. Tried thugging me near salender bridge told him lets go to salender bridge police station he ran away.
